Running without the bot / uninstalling
To stop the bot for a session, just close the updater or don't launch it — the game itself keeps working. To remove the helper from the game entirely: open Aion2.Updater.exe, click the ⚙ menu (top-right corner) and choose Uninstall — it removes the helper from every game folder it found. After that the client is clean; run the updater again (F10 opens the helper) whenever you want the bot back.
🛠 fore the first install, set your game resolution (windowed and fullscreen mode are both supported). If the game crashes, work through the two fixes below.
← Table of contentsHow to use it
- Windowed and fullscreen mode both work - use whichever you prefer
- Adjust to your preferred resolution (no specific limit, set based on your preference)
- Confirm settings are correct, then run the updater to install the bot
Game Crash Solutions

|---|---|
| Solution 1: Install Runtime Libraries | The game requires complete VC++ runtime library support — Download and install VC++ Redistributable; Restart the game after installation |
| Solution 2: Disable GPU Hardware Acceleration | GPU hardware acceleration may conflict with the bot — Open Windows System Settings; Find "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" in Display or Graphics settings; Turn it off and restart your computer |
Good to know
- Please set your game resolution BEFORE using the updater!
- The bot locks the current game resolution after installation.
- Re-run the Updater after every game update. Otherwise the helper shows “Update required” and will not work for the moment.

Pet farming — scope, limits and why it stops
Pet farming is an open-world feature. It is not designed for the Abyss. In the Abyss the helper runs auto-combat and gathering instead, so a character set to farm pets there is running two different modes against the wrong map.
What pet farming skips
Two filters are applied to the target list by design:
- Airborne monsters are excluded entirely.
- Elite monsters and bosses are excluded. If a pet's target happens to be a boss, it is skipped rather than attempted, to avoid repeated deaths.
Why the character stops after one or two kills
This is expected behaviour, not a hang. Once the pet list for the map is empty, pet farming ends and the helper reverts to the default combat idle mode. In the Abyss most beasts are airborne and therefore filtered out, so the list empties almost immediately — the character kills the few valid ground targets and then has nothing left to do.
Recommended setup
- Abyss: use auto-combat with a patrol route. The auto-planning button builds a route from the character's current position and filters, so waypoints do not need to be added by hand.
- Pets: farm them on the open-world map, where the target pool is not stripped by the airborne and elite filters.
- Mixed routine: the helper already orders these stages — Abyss first, then pet farming, then open-world floor gold, then gathering if enabled.
First thing to check if the character stands still
Confirm the right-click custom skill slot is not empty. Default combat with no macro assigned produces the same result as a frozen client — the character stays put and casts nothing.
How to program character switching and schedule
The screenshot below shows the Control Center Settings dialog. Here's where each setting lives:
What the screenshot shows
- ⚙ Settings icon (left sidebar, bottom) — opens the settings dialog.
- "Daily Activities" tab (left menu in dialog) — where you configure:
- Character switching: check "Switch to next character" at the end of the instruction list.
- Activity sequence: drag instructions to reorder (auto quest, Draupnir dungeon, Kina farming, gathering).
- Gathering duration: set min/max minutes (example shows 180–300).
- Finish action: dropdown at bottom. Since 30 October the default is Close game + rest until the next day, because gathering is capped by a daily count.
- "Work Schedule" menu item — where you set per-character work hours and pause days.
- "Character Enhancer" menu item — where you configure the auto-enhancement power cap (referenced in "Auto Krao dungeon" option: "continue when combat power is too low").
How to enable character rotation
- Add your accounts in the main Control Center window.
- Click the ⚙ Settings icon (left sidebar, bottom).
- Select "Daily Activities" from the left menu.
- Check the instructions you want (Auto quest, Kina farming, Gathering, etc.).
- "Switch to next character" is optional since 30 October: keep it if you want the rotation to continue, or delete it — the game then closes when the tasks are done.
- Set gathering duration if needed (min/max minutes).
- Click Save.
With character switching enabled, the helper runs the activity list on the first character, then moves to the next, and keeps rotating until all finish or the schedule pauses them.
Where to find logs for a problem report
When reporting a problem, always attach the logs — they are one right-click away and save hours of back-and-forth.
- Right-click the account in the Control Center account list.
- Hover View Logs in the context menu.
- Pick the log you need:
- View runtime logs (查看运行日志) — the helper's runtime log: combat, gathering, errors, crashes. This is the one you need for most problem reports.
- View daily logs (查看日常日志) — the daily activity log: quests, dungeons, Kinah statistics.
- Attach the log file (or the relevant fragment) when contacting support.
Also available from the same menu: Pin account, Character Config, Login Game, Edit Account, Delete Account.
🌐 on Helper supports the Taiwan, Korea, Global and Steam Global servers. The helper detects which server your client belongs to. When you launch several accounts through the Control Center, you can set the game path and game language for each server.

What it does
- Detects Taiwan, Korea and Global (including Steam) clients automatically
- When you add an account, its server is detected from the registration country. Global accounts can pick North America - East, North America - West, Europe, South America or Asia
- Set a separate game path for Taiwan, Korea and Global. Leave it empty and the Control Center searches for it
- Choose the game language: Traditional Chinese, Korean or English
- Both the Control Center and the helper menu support Simplified Chinese, English and Korean
How to use it
- Log in your card key in the Updater. It installs the helper into every game folder it finds, Steam included.
- If you use several accounts, open Control Center › Settings › General and check the game path of each server. If one is missing, click “Browse” and select it by hand.
- Pick a language in “Game Language Selection”. It applies the next time you launch the game.
- When adding an account, make sure the server was detected correctly. For Global accounts, also choose the region.
Settings explained

| Language Settings | The Control Center's display language. Restart the Control Center after changing it. |
| Game Language Selection | The language of the game client. The default is Traditional Chinese, and it applies the next time you launch the game. |
| Game Path Settings | One path each for Taiwan, Korea and Global. Click “Browse” to pick one, or leave it empty to search automatically. |
| Global server region | Choose your region when adding a Global account. |
Good to know
- Your card key must cover the server you play on. If your card does not support Korea but you open the Korea client, the menu shows “Region Restriction Warning”. Switch to a card that supports that server.
- Multi-account launching needs the client downloaded through Purple. If you are a Steam player running a single game, just enter the game and press F10.
- If a server's client is not installed yet, starting an account on that server prompts you to “Set game path”.

| Clear side quests before dungeon quests / Explore caves before dungeon quests (Control Center › Settings › Auto Task) | Takes care of side quests or caves before it starts on dungeon quests. |
Good to know
- A few side quests and caves with complicated mechanics are not completed automatically.
- Steam Global has no Growth Support system, so those reward steps are skipped automatically and leveling is not affected.
- Your card key must include Auto Task access. Without it the button is greyed out and tells you why.

✓ not want to gather everything? “Target Filter” decides what is collected, the quality filter skips low-quality nodes, and if you tick Hidden Cube, the helper also checks its spawn spots along the way.

- Auto Gather
- Target Filter / Gather Options
What it does
- Tick targets to gather only those items, and right-click to remove targets you do not need
- Add new targets in one click from “Nearby Gatherable Objects”
- Quality filter: gather only white, green or blue-and-above nodes
- Odyle can be set to never be filtered
- Hidden Cube: checks nearby spawn spots on the way and opens it if you have the key. If it is the only thing ticked, the helper visits its spawn spots in turn
How to use it
- Open “Auto Gather › Target Filter” and tick the items you need. If one is not in the list, click “Add” under “Nearby Gatherable Objects”.
- To look for Hidden Cube, tick it among your targets.
- With the All-in-One card, tick “Enable Quality Filter” and drag “Filter Limit” to white, green or blue.
- Click “Start Gathering”.
Settings explained
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Target Filter | Only ticked items are gathered. When the list is empty, everything is gathered. |
| Reset Default / Clear All | Restore the recommended target list, or empty it. |
| Enable Quality Filter | Skips nodes below the quality you set. All-in-One card only. |
| Filter Limit | White / Green / Blue. |
| Do not filter Odyle | On by default. Odyle is not affected by the quality filter. |
Good to know
- A Hidden Cube spawn spot you have already visited is not revisited for a while, and the search on the way has a time limit so it never holds up normal gathering.
- If you have no key, it skips the cube and comes back later.
- Abyss maps need no targets. The helper gathers smartly on its own.

How to use it
- Tick “Enable patrol gather”.
- Walk to the first spot and click “Add Current Pos”, then add the other spots in order.
- Use “Move Up” and “Move Down” to reorder, and select any extra points and click “Delete Selected”.
- Click “Start Gathering”. Your character moves along the route and gathers your targets on the way.

Good to know
- Patrol gathering only works on non-Abyss maps.

⚔ uto Combat” uses your class's skills automatically and works with patrol points to find monsters, pull them and loot. It is made for grinding in the field: farming Kinah up to the daily cap, experience and pets.
← Table of contents- All classes
Where to find it
- F10 Helper menu
- Auto Combat
- Start Combat
Hotkey: Ctrl+B. The in-game action mode must be set to “Aion1”, or auto-attack may not work.
What it does
- Skill rotation for every class, including Stigma skills stacked on the hotbar
- Active pull: gathers monsters together before fighting, great for area-damage classes
- Rapid fire mode: high-damage ranged classes use basic attacks only and attack while moving
- Allow kill stealing: also attack monsters other players pulled, useful when there are few monsters and many players
- Does not go after bosses on its own while grinding in the field, so pet farming and the daily Kinah cap are not disturbed
- Switches to gathering when you are close to the day's Kinah cap
How to use it
- Change the action mode to “Aion1” in the game settings.
- Go to your grinding spot and press F10 to open “Auto Combat”.
- Under “Patrol Settings”, click “Smart Plan” to build a route, or add points by hand.
- Adjust “Rapid Fire Mode”, “Active Pull” and “Allow Kill Stealing” for your class.
- Click “Start Combat” (or press Ctrl+B).
Settings explained
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Rapid Fire Mode | Off by default. Uses basic attacks only and attacks while moving, suited to high-damage ranged classes. The skill rotation is not used while this is on. |
| Active Pull | On by default. Gathers monsters together before fighting. Not recommended for melee classes. |
| Pull Distance (m) | 15 to 25 meters, 25 by default. The larger it is, the more monsters you pull. Below 20 meters, it basically pulls on the spot. |
| Allow Kill Stealing | Off by default. Also attacks monsters pulled by other players, suited to well-geared characters when monsters are few and players many. You pull fewer monsters while it is on. |
| Switch to gathering when daily Kina reaches 95% | On by default. When you are close to the day's Kinah cap from field monsters, it switches to gathering. |
Good to know
- Automatic equipment extraction is a built-in game feature. Set it up in your in-game inventory.
- While the map changes, the tab only shows “Loading scene...”. Just wait a moment.
- Patrol routes, monster filter, smart pet farming and Abyss grinding each have their own guide. See the related features below.
- Some classes farm alone much faster than others. The AION 2 class tier list ranks all 8 Global classes for solo play, PvE and PvP.
- Playing a Cleric? The AION 2 Cleric guide explains which skills belong in the in-game macro and which heals to keep on your own keys.
- Playing a Chanter? The AION 2 Chanter guide covers core stigmas, Dark Crush at 16 and why melee Chanters should leave Active Pull off.
- Playing a Templar? The AION 2 Templar guide explains why Judgment goes to 16 first, how to split 4 stigma slots and how to hold aggro.

Building your own rotation
There is no rotation editor. Rotations are built in, one per class — the 9 October update added the last two classes, so every class is now supported.
The only place you can influence it is the right mouse button. As the developer put it: the right button is where you drag your custom skills, and it will cast them as long as you have mana — if you don't like the built-in rotation, build a macro and put it on the right button.
So the procedure is:
- Build a macro with your skills in the game's macro editor.
- Drag it into the slot bound to the right mouse button.
- It will be cast from there whenever you have mana.
Two things worth knowing. First, the official position is that you should just use the default — the custom slot is a workaround, not a supported feature. Second, there is only one custom slot, the right button; people have asked for one or two extra keybinds, but nothing has been confirmed.
An empty right slot is the most common cause of the bot standing still and doing nothing — that is the first thing to check when auto-combat looks broken.
Do not confuse this with skill-point allocation. That is also automatic, from a per-class template, and cannot be edited by hand. For that, the developer offered a different route: send an account with manually allocated points, and he will take a snapshot and use it as the template for that class. That concerns skill points, not cast order.
Stigmas and interrupt skills
Stigmas are learned and slotted automatically from your per-class build plan. The helper re-checks them at one moment only: when queuing for Krao Cave — for the host and for every party member. If none of the slotted stigmas carries an interrupt effect, all stigmas are reset and re-learned from the build plan so that an interrupt is available for the boss. That reset is free and leaves Specialty untouched. Outside Krao queueing, stigmas are never reset.
What counts as an interrupt: a skill that breaks the enemy's cast. In Draupnir and Krao Cave these are the skills that drain the boss's stagger gauge — stuns, knockdowns and similar effects. Exact names differ per class.
If you slot stigmas by hand: activate a stigma in the first slot and keep at least one interrupt stigma in the loadout. Otherwise the next Krao queue will consider the setup incomplete and rebuild it for you.
If your stigmas keep resetting: check whether you have an interrupt slotted. Since the 26–27 October builds a reset means an interrupt is missing, not that the client is stuck.
⌖ trol points decide where your character moves back and forth to find monsters, and the monster filter decides which monsters to attack. Click “Smart Plan” and the helper finds a spot with lots of monsters nearby and builds the route for you.
← Table of contentsWhere to find it
- F10 Helper menu
- Auto Combat
- Patrol Settings / Monster Filter
What it does
- Smart Plan: finds the nearest dense monster area and builds a back-and-forth patrol route
- Add points by hand and reorder them. Each map saves its own
- On some maps, the first time you use it, patrol points are preset by race and melee/ranged
- Monster filter: only ticked monsters are attacked. An empty list attacks every monster
- The nearby monster list shows name, distance and level, with one-click adding
How to use it
- Open “Auto Combat › Patrol Settings” and click “Smart Plan”, or walk to a spot and click “Add Current Pos”.
- To fight only certain monsters, tick “Enable Filter” and click “Add” in “Nearby Monsters”.
- Click “Start Combat”. When no monsters are nearby, your character walks to the next patrol point.
Settings explained
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Smart Plan | Builds this map's patrol route automatically (it replaces your existing points) and takes the monster filter into account. |
| Add Current Pos / Delete Selected / Clear All / Move Up / Move Down | Edit the patrol route by hand. |
| Enable Filter | Off by default. When on, only monsters in the filter list are attacked. |
| Filter List | Only ticked monsters are attacked. Right-click to remove one, or click “Clear” to remove them all. |
| Nearby Monsters | Refreshes automatically or with “Refresh”. Click “Add” to put one in the filter list. |
Good to know
- Around three patrol points that are close to each other works well.
- Patrol points and the monster filter are saved per map and only apply to the current map.
- With “Smart Pet Farming” on, pet farming takes over patrol and the monster filter, and these two sections are hidden for now.

When the update finishes, start the game; the assistant window opens automatically (press F10 if it doesn't). Every feature has its own how-to page under Features.
What features are supported?
It levels characters with auto quests from 0 to 45, runs daily quests, and follows a Daily Activities schedule you set in the Control Center. The farming modules cover auto combat with class skill rotations, Abyss farming, gathering (including Hidden Cubes), pet and mount farming and auction listing. Each module has its own how-to page under Features.
How to resolve issues?
Start with the fixes on the “Setup checklist & crash fixes” page: install the VC++ runtime and turn off GPU hardware acceleration. If that doesn't help, ask in our official Discord group.
Does the assistant support every class?
Yes. Aion Helper supports every class in the game. Each class has its own combat script and tuning for the best automation experience. Not sure which class to play? See our AION 2 classes list and tier list.
How do I update to the latest version?
When you log in through Aion2.Updater.exe, the updater can check for and install new versions automatically. Update and maintenance notices are also posted in our Discord channel. If your current version runs fine, there's no need to update often.
Can I run several game windows at once?
Yes, multiple clients are supported. You can configure and run the assistant separately for each game window. Set the number of clients according to your PC's capacity.
Does the assistant handle a full inventory automatically?
Yes. You can set rules to sell, extract or delete items automatically. When the inventory is full, items are handled according to your settings.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. Ask in our official Discord group, where you'll find detailed tutorials and after-sales staff ready to help. Follow our Discord channel for update and maintenance notices.
Is the assistant paid?
Aion Helper is paid by card key. New users can claim a free 3-hour trial card; for regular use, buy a card on unicom.market. Some features, such as Free Appearance and the hourly mini-game, are only available with specific card types.
Which servers does Aion Helper work on?
Steam Global, Korea and Taiwan. Global accounts can use North America East, North America West, Europe, South America or Asia. The Updater finds your game folders on its own, Steam included, and in the Control Center you can set the game path and game language (English, Korean or Traditional Chinese) for each server. See server support.
Can I get banned for botting in AION 2?
Yes, the risk is real and nobody can honestly promise otherwise. Since the Global launch, NC has posted account-restriction notices that name macros, bots, unauthorized programs and real-money trading. Aion Helper simulates human behavior to keep accounts as safe as possible, and the account status monitor flags bans and restrictions. To lower the risk, vary your schedule instead of running one route all day, keep trading normal, and learn the settings on a character you can afford to lose. We go through the notices in AION 2 Ban Waves Explained.
Is Aion Helper a macro or a hack?
Neither. A macro repeats recorded keys blindly, and a hack changes the game (speed, damage, free items). Aion Helper does none of that: it reads the game state and decides what to do next, such as the next quest, when to refill Abyss time or what to do with a full bag, and then plays the way a player would. More in Is There an AION 2 Bot?
Does it handle the Guardian verification captcha?
Yes. While the Control Center is running, Guardian verification is recognized and passed automatically by Aion Helper's own AI service. It is free for all users and needs no ClientKey, and the Captcha page keeps a record of every attempt. See Guardian verification.
Is there an official Discord?
Yes. Support lives in the U.Community Discord — update notices, maintenance announcements and help requests all happen there. For problems and support, contact U.Tools. Download the client only from the official download link.

📰 Latest Updates
← Table of contentsStay up to date with the latest features, fixes, and improvements to Aion Helper.
Nov 2, 2026 (04:10 UTC+8): Rollback to the previous build
The version has been rolled back to the previous build.
- Having problems? Update — the Updater brings back the working build.
- Everything working? No update needed, keep your current build.
Oct 31, 2026 (17:29 UTC+8): Extraction and destruction skip crafted gear
- Extraction and destruction now skip hand-crafted equipment. Player-crafted pieces are no longer selected for extraction or destruction, so a manually crafted item cannot be lost to the automatic clean-up.
Update: open the Updater, it pulls the latest build automatically.
Oct 30, 2026 (02:48 UTC+8): Control Center changes for the gathering limit
Because gathering is now capped by a daily count, the Control Center behaves differently:
- "Start gathering" after daily activities removed for all characters. On finish the helper always closes the game and puts the account into rest until it resumes the next day.
- Character-rotation gathering template reworked.
- "Switch to next character" is now optional. The instruction can be deleted — with no such instruction the game is closed once the tasks are complete.
- Dungeon timeout: 20 minutes. A normal party clears in 7–10 minutes, so the character now leaves the dungeon by itself after 20 minutes — whether the party wiped or is still waiting for members to gather.
- Official subscription IP: if the assigned IP temporarily fails, a nearby working IP is reassigned automatically.
Update: open the Updater, it pulls the latest build automatically.
Build 16.1 (Global): gathering limit, Hidden Cubes only
- Gathering limit: gathering now stops after 1000 gathers by default.
- New preference — Hidden Cubes only: the character gathers only the key-opened hidden backpacks. Requirement: the gather item ID set in your gathering settings must be the hidden backpack's ID.
Latest EXE version: 16.1. Update: open the Updater, it pulls v16.1 automatically.
Oct 29, 2026 (12:57 UTC+8): Hotfix
- Control Center: fixed a bug where, after gathering was completed, the Control Center failed to put the account on rest and switch to the next account.
Update: open the Updater, it pulls the latest build automatically.
Oct 28, 2026 (22:46 UTC+8): Hotfix
- Belts and amulets — auto-upgrade now stops at gold grade.
- Awakening War (Global) — progression blocker fixed.
- Korea server — fixed a crash caused by auto-task and gathering running together.
Update: open the Updater, it pulls the latest build automatically.
Build 15.1 (Global): Steam processes, Asmodian level 44 quest
- Synced with the game update.
- Steam: fixed the "too many phantom Steam processes" issue.
- Asmodian level 44 quest: fixed a progression blocker.
Latest EXE version: 15.1. Update: open the Updater, it pulls v15.1 automatically.
Oct 28, 2026 (19:00 UTC+8): Server update support
- Today's Global server update supported. Korea, Taiwan and Global are all updated — every region runs the current game build.
- Awakening War — this week's rotation applied.
- Skill casting optimized for all classes.
- Gathering stops automatically once the daily gathering count limit is reached.
Update: open the Updater, it pulls the latest build automatically.
Oct 27, 2026 (11:39 UTC+8): Stigma check, godstone socketing, Soul Imprint
- Stigma interrupt check — Krao Cave only. The loadout is verified only when queuing for Krao Cave, and for both the host and the party members. If none of the slotted stigmas has an interrupt effect, all stigmas are force-reset and re-learned / re-slotted from the build plan, so an interrupt is guaranteed for the boss. The reset costs nothing and does not affect Specialty. At no other time are stigmas reset.
- Auto godstone socketing. Equipment that is worn, item level 45 or higher, has an empty godstone slot and is not yet socketed gets a godstone from your bag automatically. Priority is what helps most in PvE and against bosses: single-target damage > damage over time (poison, bleed) > area damage > control effects (bosses are largely immune to control). Within the same category, grade decides: Unique > Legendary > Rare. One copy of a given godstone has effect — a stone already worn is not socketed again.
- Auto Soul Imprint upgrade. Worn equipment at item level 54 or higher that has already been soul-imprinted is upgraded automatically while imprint materials are available, up to a sync rate of 100%. The highest item level is finished first, then the next tier. If materials or Kinah run out the process pauses and resumes on its own once they are replenished.
- Order of operations. Manastone socketing, godstone socketing and Soul Imprint upgrades all run after the gear swap — and also in the background when no auto task is running (idling, gathering, dungeons).
Update: open the Updater, it pulls the latest build automatically.
Oct 26, 2026 (17:28 UTC+8): Hotfix
- Draupnir dungeon flow optimized — smoother run progression.
- Control Center fixes — resolved several reported issues.
- Stigma reset loop fixed — if you set stigmas manually, activate the first stigma slot and include at least one interrupt skill — the check runs when queuing Krao Cave (details).
- ⚠ Multi-account users: enable the one account per IP option in Control Center settings to significantly reduce ban risk.
Update: open the Updater, it pulls the latest build automatically.
Oct 25, 2026 (19:48 UTC+8): Optimizations
- Mini-games and Nightmare Store: now exchanges 10 Guardian points first, then 10 stigma skill tokens, cycling between the two.
- Daily Activities work-hour limit: now enforced when daily activities are enabled (previously ignored).
- Draupnir optimization: opening NPC dialogue fixed; the party now waits for all members to arrive before entering the final boss room.
- Stigma skill leveling: all four stigma slots are upgraded to level 5 first, then to level 10. Skills with buffs are prioritized.
- Skill rotation optimization: reduced animation lock / ability queueing delays across all classes.
- Control Center IP service: one account per IP now available. Global IP addresses offered at wholesale pricing.
Update: open the Updater, it pulls the latest build automatically.
Oct 24, 2026 (20:53 UTC+8): Hotfix
- Draupnir (Normal): fixed the stuck point after the first boss; dungeon run optimized.
- Skill rotation: combat cycle optimized.
- Main story: fixed a quest progression stuck point.
Update: open the Updater, it pulls the latest build automatically.
Oct 17–23, 2026: Full dungeon automation, Abyss entry, daily activities
Major features: - Krao Cave full automation (19 Oct): Team matchmaking with guaranteed tank + healer. Requires 60K power (threshold briefly changed to 55K on 23 Oct, reverted at 21:02). - Draupnir (Normal) (23 Oct): Automatic gear prep — characters below Krao threshold farm Draupnir (Normal) for defense gear first. - Daily activities expanded (22 Oct): Added Daily dungeons (enhancement stones), Daily nightmare (Guardian points & engraving skill points), Awakening war. - All-in-one card Abyss automation (22 Oct): Auto-enter Abyss, auto-use Abyss stones (fast-expiring first, no overflow).
Combat improvements: - Boss dodge mechanics (17 Oct): New dodge pattern for Boss skills. Integrated into Krao Cave on 18 Oct; melee classes dodge when low HP (23 Oct). - Tail king fixes (23 Oct): Corrected wave attack range (+1m from model scale fix), no green orb collection during final phase (22:41 version), auto-revive after wave ends. - Skill cycle optimization (23 Oct, 22:41): Higher attack frequency, improved rotation logic across all classes.
Progression path (fully automatic): 1. Main story + side quests → level 45 2. Daily activities (dungeons, nightmare, awakening) → gear-level boost 3. Draupnir (Normal) → defense gear (if below 60K power) 4. Krao Cave → weapons + materials (60K+ power) 5. Abyss → feathers + Empyrean Traces (All-in-one card)
Control Center: - One IP per account binding (22 Oct): Persistent IP routing for ban prevention. Third-party IP tools incompatible — must use self-hosted IPs. - Unified character scheduling (22 Oct): Control Center manages all character switching. In-game auto-switch removed. - 8 continuous character launch (22 Oct): Fixed manual slot expansion issue — all 8 character slots auto-create. - Account on/off toggle (19 Oct): Pause Control Center to play manually.
Character management: - Auto-enhancement by power (23 Oct): Enhancement & equip logic switched from gear-level to power rating. Default threshold 60K; AI manages enhancement until threshold reached. New rule: only enhance after dungeon runs (one-click 72K power possible). - 45-level Guardian points (22 Oct): Auto-allocate Guardian points added in 21 Oct game update. Each class has priority template. - Job templates updated (18 Oct): New Guardian / skill / engraving templates for all 8 classes. Manual reset required for existing characters (2–3× damage boost claimed). - Wings auto-equipped (23 Oct): Auto-use and equip wings after final awakening quest. - Festival token conversion (23 Oct): Auto-convert to Guardian points.
Daily automation: - Enhancement stone distribution (23 Oct): Daily dungeons only run when enhancement stones needed — prevents hoarding on single character. - Nightmare boss auto-selection (22 Oct): Control Center picks appropriate boss per character. Reward priority: Guardian points → Engraving skill points.
Dungeon matchmaking (Krao Cave): - Room host ensures: ≥1 tank, ≥1 healer (except when 2+ Dpsellor stars present) - Fast-join enabled by default (join existing rooms 60K+); auto-create room if none found - Room bumped every 61s after creation - Queue requirements: 60K power (3 min → 55K, 6 min → 50K). Healer threshold fixed 50K. Gear-level ≥1200 = 60K equivalent. - Pre-queue: claim 14× extra reward, go to configured Kinah-farm location, auto-disengage when team ready - Characters with maxed daily Kinah skip dungeon queue
Bug fixes & tweaks: - Auto-quest abandonment (17 Oct): Abandon after 10 deaths (same cave) / 15 deaths (same branch) — no infinite death loops. - Auction threshold lowered (19 Oct): Blue refined stone 10×, green 20×. Spirit stones excluded from auto-post (22 Oct). - Gathering filter (21 Oct): Removed wild gather filter, kept Abyss filter. International server quality filter restored (All-in-one feature). - Guardian captcha (19 Oct, 21 Oct, 23 Oct): Auto-logout after 8 consecutive captcha fails or connection timeout. Fixed HK server auth issue (21 Oct). - Ore energy backpack (23 Oct): Optimized inventory check — no premature dungeon exit. - Updater (17 Oct, 22 Oct): Fixed fallback route issue; two forced updates on 22 Oct evening.
Card status: Free trial ended early (22 Oct) due to overload. Auto-dungeon & Abyss features now require All-in-one monthly card.
Update instructions: Open the Updater to auto-update. Recommended: Test with 1–3 accounts first due to frequent rule changes this week. Monitor Draupnir (Normal) / Krao Cave performance per class before mass-enable.
Daily build logs: See official updates Oct 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and Oct 23 (16:48, 21:02, 22:41 UTC).

🩹 Aion Helper support FAQ — what the community and vendor actually said
← Table of contentsAnswers below are based on chat reports and update announcements. They describe what participants or the vendor said; they are not guarantees that a fix will work in every case. "Theory" in parentheses is an explanation, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Updates, authorization, and connection
Q: The software fails to update or authorization is rejected. What should I try first?
A: Close Aion Updater completely, reopen it, and run the update again. If the update still fails, try a different connection, such as switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. VPN or a network accelerator was also suggested in chat, but was not confirmed as a universal fix.
(Theory: Some update or authorization failures may be caused by incomplete local files or network connectivity.)
Q: The updater says I have the latest version, but authorization is still rejected. Is the problem fixed?
A: Not necessarily. A user reported that the updater showed the latest version while authorization continued to fail. Retrying the updater is worth checking, but do not assume the issue is resolved until authorization succeeds.
Q: The update is unusually slow. What can I check?
A: Check your connection and try another network. Chat participants also suggested a VPN or network accelerator; one user reported better startup speed after changing an accelerator node. That is an individual report, not a guaranteed solution.
(Theory: Network congestion or routing may affect update speed.)
Q: Should I launch the software immediately after game maintenance?
A: The chat recommendation was to wait until the developer confirms that the software is compatible with the post-maintenance game version.
Q: Authorization or verification takes a long time. Does that always mean it is broken?
A: No. Chat participants suggested that high login or verification traffic may cause delays. One user reported faster startup after changing an accelerator node, but the chat did not establish a standard verification time.
Automatic combat and Abyss
Q: My character stands still even though automatic combat and Abyss entry are enabled. What should I check?
A: Check that automatic combat for the Abyss is enabled, that the character has sufficient combat power, and that the daily activity or farming-time limit has not run out. Also check whether an unfinished or incompatible daily task is blocking progress.
(Theory: Any of these conditions may prevent the activity from starting; the chat does not establish one cause for every case.)
Q: Automatic combat starts, but it does not use my custom skill rotation. What should I check?
A: In chat, users were advised to drag the custom skill macro to the right-click hotbar slot. The software is reported to use the macro assigned there. Also confirm that the relevant activity is enabled and that the daily limit has not been exhausted.
Q: Automatic combat attacks only nearby enemies or seems to have a short range. What should I check?
A: Check the custom macro assigned to the right-click hotbar slot, daily activity settings, patrol points, combat power, and remaining daily activity time. The chat did not contain a confirmed fix for every range-related problem.
Q: My character does not enter or fight in the Abyss as expected. What setting was mentioned in chat?
A: Participants specifically mentioned enabling automatic combat for the Abyss. The automatic-entry option alone may not be enough; also check the activity-time limit and combat-power requirements.
Q: A daily task gets stuck on an Abyss objective. What is known?
A: A later update announcement said that Abyss tasks should be excluded from normal daily-task execution. The same announcement mentioned fixes for some task-flow problems after level 45. Check that you have a version containing those fixes. The chat did not provide a confirmed manual recovery procedure for an already-stuck task.
Daily tasks and characters
Q: Can the software prioritize certain daily tasks?
A: An update announcement said tasks are selected according to reward priority—for example, Odyle energy was prioritized over pet crystals. It also said the task list refreshes when no suitable task is available.
(This describes announced software behavior; it may depend on the version.)
Q: What happens if the character stays stuck in a dimension or task for too long?
A: An update announcement described an automatic recovery: the software should leave and re-enter if the character remains stuck for too long. If that does not happen, check the software version and task settings. The chat did not provide a verified manual workaround.
Q: The automated routine creates a new character, but I want it to level an existing one. What should I do?
A: A developer response in chat advised creating the desired character in advance. The response said that this should prevent the software from creating another character and allow it to level the existing one. The chat did not specify every mode or setting this applies to.
Q: Tasks started behaving incorrectly after switching characters. What should I do?
A: An update announcement said that an issue corrupting task data after character switching had been fixed. First check that you have the version containing that fix. The chat did not describe a confirmed way to restore data that was already affected.
Automatic dungeons
Q: How does automatic dungeon matchmaking lower its combat-power requirement?
A: An update announcement described a default requirement of 60K. If no match is found, it lowers to 55K after three minutes and 50K after six minutes. It also said the room is pinned while matchmaking is in progress.
(These figures come from a specific update announcement and may change in later versions.)
Q: Can the software do other activities while waiting for a dungeon group?
A: An update announcement said it can perform configured "floor gold" farming while queued. When the group is ready, it should leave combat and enter the dungeon. If the activity does not run, check that it is enabled in the daily-task settings.
Q: The character keeps interacting with the teleport point near the final boss while the party has already moved on. What did users report?
A: Several participants complained that the character kept trying to activate the point while mobs interrupted it and the party waited inside. Some suggested skipping that point and moving on, but the chat did not confirm that as an official or universally safe route.
Q: Starting automatic dungeon mode removed me from a group I had joined. Is there a confirmed fix?
A: A user reported being removed from a self-created group after joining another group and starting automatic dungeon mode in Krao. The chat did not provide a confirmed fix. Record the game and software versions and the steps that led to the issue when reporting it.
Q: The character is not behaving correctly around the final boss. Is there an update note about this?
A: An update announcement mentioned improvements to dodging the final boss's whirlwind, interrupting its "number 8" ultimate skill, and timing revives so they do not occur during that ultimate. It also mentioned a fix for floor-gold farming during the queue.
(This is a summary of the announced changes, not a guarantee that every encounter issue is resolved.)
CAPTCHA recognition: troubleshooting
Troubleshooting order
-
Confirm the Control Center is running. Only the Control Center processes CAPTCHAs. A game client with the in-game helper alone will not solve them.
-
Accelerate the Control Center, not the game. Route the Control Center through an accelerator. Xunyou (迅游) in routing mode (路由模式) is the setting reported to fix the "digits instead of letters" and "solver connection failed" cases. Accelerating the game client does not help — the traffic that matters belongs to the Control Center.
-
Check reachability of the Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore nodes. If these are blocked, the CAPTCHA image never reaches the solver and no solution can return.
-
Increase the game window resolution. At low resolution the captured CAPTCHA image is unusable, and recognition fails even with a working solver connection.
-
Check the hosts file. Pirated or repacked updaters write domain blocks into Windows. Delete
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, then reopen Aion Updater.
Warning
Machines that have run pirated builds are hardware-banned from all aion.onl products. Buying a legitimate key afterwards does not lift the ban, and the affected key is banned as well.
Gear upgrading and Kinah spending
Q: How do I stop the helper from automatically upgrading my items?
A: There is a toggle for auto-enhance, and a gear-score cap you set yourself. Both are in the control panel (central console). The developer's own wording: "The auto-enhance feature includes a toggle switch. You can configure it to stop enhancing once it reaches level 1100. If you want to earn money quickly, you can adjust these settings in the central console."
So you can either switch auto-enhance off completely, or leave it on and set the gear score at which it stops. Once the character reaches that cap, nothing is enhanced any more — including talismans.
Q: What does auto-enhance do if I leave it on?
A: Enhancement is based on the item's ItemLevel, not on item quality:
| ItemLevel | Enhanced to |
|---|---|
| ≥ 50 | +10 |
| ≥ 43 | +7 |
| ≥ 40 | +5 |
| ≥ 30 | +3 |
| < 30 | not enhanced |
Ancient stones are enhanced to +1.
Q: Why does the helper keep spending my Kinah on upgrades?
A: Before the 19–20 October updates, enhancement was quality-based: blue gear was pushed to +7 and gold gear was enhanced whenever it was equipped, which drained Kinah and stones. Players complained about exactly this, and the item-level rule above replaced it. If you still see excessive spending, check the cap setting in the control panel — the behaviour differs between builds.
Accounts, compatibility, and risk
Q: Is it safe to use the software on my main account?
A: Chat participants warned that using the software carries a ban risk and advised people who are not willing to accept that risk not to use it. The chat cannot guarantee whether or when an account will be restricted.
Q: Can I run multiple game clients at the same time?
A: Participants described VK multi-boxer as a separate tool for running multiple clients and warned that multi-client use may carry a ban risk. They did not recommend it. The chat did not provide a method that guarantees safe multi-client use.
Q: Will a ban on one account automatically affect my other accounts?
A: One participant reported that two of their four accounts were banned, but this is an individual report—not an official rule or a guarantee about how account restrictions are applied.
Q: Can the software be used with the EU server?
A: A chat response said that the EU server was supported and advised running Aion Updater. Because compatibility can change, check for a current confirmation after game updates.
Q: How do I log in with Purple, Steam, or Google?
A: A participant said that if you can log in to Purple manually, the control panel should be able to log in as well. Steam and Google accounts require their corresponding authorization method.
(This is a chat-reported support answer; account flows may vary by client or region.)
Other reported issues
Q: Automatic gathering skips Odyle nodes. Is there a workaround?
A: A user reported that the software skipped many Odyle nodes. The chat did not contain a confirmed workaround.
Q: The CAPTCHA solver keeps confusing lowercase "l" with uppercase "I." What should I report?
A: Report the specific characters that are being confused and include an example of the failure if available. The chat identified this as a recognition issue, but did not provide a verified user-side fix.
Q: The CAPTCHA or verification process fails frequently. What was suggested?
A: A support response suggested increasing the game-window resolution so the captured image is not too small, and checking that the network can reach the verification server. The chat contains only a single report for this issue, so treat these as initial checks rather than a confirmed general fix.
Q: The task flow or a specific dungeon exit is broken after an update. What should I check?
A: Check whether you have the update that mentions the relevant fix. One announcement listed fixes for task data after character switching and for failing to exit a level-8 Demon dungeon.
(The update note only confirms that those specific bugs were addressed; it does not establish a fix for unrelated dungeon problems.)
Q: I reached the upgrade limit, but the software is still upgrading talismans. Is that expected?
A: An update announcement said that once the equipment level reaches the control-panel upgrade limit, talismans should no longer be upgraded automatically.
